Johannesburg – 30 May 2024 – APPSolve, an IT services and advisory company, is proud to announce an acquisition agreement with Qedo, a prominent Acumatica partner. This move significantly enhances APPSolve's footprint in the Acumatica platform, cementing APPSolve’s position as a frontrunner in the industry.

The acquisition is expected to conclude by 1 June 2024 and Andre Matthysen will fill the role of Acumatica Practice Manager in APPSolve. All customers have been notified and have expressed their excitement about what the merger means for them.
